Description de la création - We want to provide
discretionary and advisory online investment management
services to investors, the mass-affluent and affluent
segments, efficiently and transparently.
Our intention is to setup a company (code name Diamant) that
will provide these services.
For the discretionary online investment service (DOS),
Diamant will build 5 to 7 model portfolios that she will
manage on behalf of our clients. Each client would then
either hold a certain share of a Gambit’s Model portfolio or
will hold a replication of the model portfolio (to be
determined). Portfolio will be invested in physical (rather
than synthetic) and plain as well as “enhanced” (rather than
actively managed, leveraged or short) ETFs. Model
portfolios will be rebalanced periodically (e.g. bi-weekly,
monthly, quarterly).
Investors will be allowed to select portfolios that benefit
local tax incentives (like PEA and PEA PME-ETIin France) –
if any.
For the advisory online investment service (AOS), Diamant
will build 5 to 7 model portfolios and provide as many (plus
one) investment universes made of ETFs and Funds. The “plus
one” is the aggregation of the specific investment
universes. For each client, based on his/her risk profile,
time horizon, specific life objectives and constraints,
Diamant will recommend an optimal portfolio based on the
assets (ETFs and Funds) selected from the universe that
corresponds to his/her risk profile .
